We are delighted to advise that the Salesian ministry in Tappita, a location that was especially close to Sean's heart, has just re-opened. Closed down during the long civil war after becoming a practical impossibility, three Salesians are now once again in Tappita.

The challenges remain significant, with water supply and electricity rationed and sketchy communication routes. Despite this Fr Riccardo Castellino S.D.B is leading a team of 3 who are starting to shape pastoral activities.
